Success Criteria for my Autobiography:

I have :

• Planned my chapter and chosen a specific event to write about
• Used first person narrative ( I )
• Used a range of vocabulary. I have tried to use effective verbs and adjectives to add interest.
• Set my chapter out into paragraphs (TIPTOP)
• Started my chapter in an engaging way, using action, description or dialogue.
• I have tried to use similes and metaphors in my chapter to put images in the reader’s mind
• Ended my chapter by using the pronoun “you” and directly speaking to the reader.
